How to choose the most appropriate conveyor

 

There are many types of conveyors, eg. Multi-Flexing Conveyor, Mesh Conveyor, Roller Conveyor and Belt Conveyor etc. How to choose the right conveyor has become a concern for buyers. Heshan transport division have done many years of research on this and summarized as following for your reference:

1. Simplification, be able to use less steps but make more operations, for both installation and operating.
2. Local Environment Consideration, the right decision to buy a conveyor should base on conditions as site area、route and materials.
3. Safety priority, strengthen safety standards is a necessary condition for market access, personal safety should be fully consider when choosing a conveyor, machine safety device has to be installed and used in accordance with state regulations, eg, tripping safety device, automatic safety device, isolation safety device, interlocking safety device, safety control, adjustable safety device, automatic adjustment device and two-hands control safety device etc, belt width should wider than 15cm, rotary speech faster than 9m/min with wheel gear, pulley and coupling firmly cover by shield. For large-scale assembly line, protection fence with height no shorter than 1.2m must be set when complex situation occurs in transmission.

Mesh Conveyor has two series: Modular plastic belt conveyor and Metal mesh Conveyor .The modular plastic belt conveyor is assembling with random length and width with the needs of users, it is the similar structure to Modular construction, which is capable for connecting and reconnect various modules. Module type plastic mesh belt conveyor is driven by sprocket, transport smoothly. Intelligentized module mesh conveyor is facilitate to restructure, it stretch all plastic hinge pin on the belt and assemble the injection molding belt to form interlock unit, saves maintains time and expenses.

Module plastic mesh belt has overcome the problems of pollution, the plastic material is conformed to the Hygiene standard of Hygiene Requirement for the Design of Mechanical Belt Conveyor Used in Meat and Poultry Processing (ANSI/NSF 3-A14159-3-2005). There are no pored or gaps, sources of pollution like blood or grease from pork, chicken/duck, fish or prawn are impermeable, the belt surface is also not absorbable to any liquid. Metal mesh belt conveyor uses metal wire belt as carrier, additional chains on both sides, use wearing pin to connect in the middle, sprocket to spin the chains in order to let mesh belt moves along with it, special roller is also available, accessories like lifting and side baffle are free to install to meet various of industrial needs.
